To protect the security of account information, CourtCall may require you to use a web browser that supports security measures that CourtCall may deem advisable. You are responsible to assure the security of your information and CourtCall assumes no liability therefore and CourtCall is not responsible for any errors or failures of your equipment, Internet service provider or other third party. You should use anti-virus software you deem necessary and appropriate and CourtCall is not responsible for any viruses, worms, robots or other problems that may be associated with your use of this website or our services. Access to password-protected areas is restricted to CourtCall and your authorized users - you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identifications and passwords and are responsible for any and all transactions conducted or other use made with such identifications and passwords. Immediately notify CourtCall of any unauthorized or suspicious use. CourtCall is not liable for any loss or damage arising from or in any manner relating to any security lapses, including your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your user identifications and passwords.

Personal Information: We ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address, account password, demographic information, geographic information etc.) For certain services we also request credit card or other payment information. We may combine the information you provide with information from other services or third parties and for certain services or other reasons, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.

All of the material displayed on this website, including, without limitation, the images, design, look and feel, photographs, audio, video, page headers, software, buttons, icons, graphics, text, screens and the selection and arrangement thereof (the "Content") is either the property of CourtCall or used with the appropriate permission of its owner. CourtCall, or others as indicated, also own the trademarks and service marks, regardless of their registration status. You agree not to use the Content or Marks for any purpose without the prior express written consent of CourtCall or of the third party that may own the Content or the Mark(s) which consent may be granted or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of CourtCall or the party owning the Content or Mark(s).
Deposition Services
Without limiting any other terms and conditions, CourtCall may utilize third parties to serve as Deposition Officers and/or notaries and their credentials can be provided upon request. Those using the deposition services are responsible for assuring that the method of swearing in witnesses and conducting the deposition is in accordance with the laws governing the underlying proceeding or the anticipated uses of the deposition. Currently, and without limiting the use of other agents, DepoCall, LLC and USdepo and Depohawk are among CourtCall's agents that will be providing the remote deposition services. The attorney(s) taking the deposition and the attorney(s) representing the deponent, if any, will enter into such stipulations as they deem appropriate and verify that the deposition process and transcript provided are in accordance with their needs and the governing statutes and rules. Neither CourtCall nor the Deposition Officer is providing legal or other advice concerning the deposition or its admissibility. The liability of CourtCall and its agents is limited to the amount paid in connection with the deposition services rendered. No bandwidth, internet access, equipment or software is being provided by CourtCall and such items can be provided at additional charge. Regardless of whether CourtCall or its agents provide any technology support, CourtCall and its agents assume no liability for the consistent connectivity of participants during the deposition session as connectivity interruptions can occur and are often the result of the errors or omissions of others. Neither CourtCall nor its agents can prevent the unauthorized hacking/entry, recording, copying, capture, sharing, broadcasting, rebroadcasting, publication, republication, distribution, redistribution or other transmission (via any format or medium) or any other use of the remote deposition, including, without limitation, the images, voices and likenesses of the participants during any session and assume no responsibility therefore and all persons participating in a deposition session waive all any and claims for damages of any nature against CourtCall or its agents, arising out of or relating to such matters. Any and all claims arising out of or relating to the provision of any and all deposition services, related services or their adequacy as provided by CourtCall or its agents will be resolved by way of binding arbitration before JAMS in Los Angeles, California in accordance with JAMS then existing rules and the statutes of the State of California then governing arbitration proceedings.

You may link to the initial page of the CourtCall home page, but are not authorized to link to any other page on any of CourtCall's websites without CourtCall's prior written consent, which consent may be granted or denied in CourtCall's sole and absolute discretion.

Video Transmission
If participating by video, you must be sure that you have sufficient bandwidth and a working camera connected to your computer. You may test your system for video compatibility using the following link which is also provided at the time of scheduling, where video is available.

System Test

The supplemental fee for video participation is the same regardless of whether the Judge allows or requires one- or two- way conferencing and regardless of whether other people are transmitting video. If you are transmitting video to the Court, remember to DRESS AS YOU WOULD TO APPEAR IN COURT AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN APPROPRIATE BACKGROUND, as you do not want activities behind you disrupting your appearance or transmitting inappropriate images. AS WITH TELEPHONIC APPEARANCES, YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE CAPTURE, RECORD, RETRANSMIT, BROADCAST OR DISTRIBUTE THE PROCEEDINGS OR IMAGES OF THE COURT OR ANY OTHER PARTICIPANT AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO SANCTION SHOULD YOU DO SO. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CourtCall assumes no liability should a third party use, capture, record, re-transmit, broadcast or distribute your voice or image without your permission. CourtCall does not provide, warrant or assure any privacy or security with regard to your participation.

MOST POOR PICTURE/TRANSMISSION QUALITY IS THE RESULT OF INSUFFICIENT BANDWIDTH AND/OR VARIATIONS IN BANDWIDTH BEYOND OUR CONTROL. YOUR BANDWIDTH MAY VARY DUE TO A VARIETY OF FACTORS, INCLUDING OTHER ACTIVITY ON THE INTERNET AND/OR ON YOUR OWN NETWORK, DEPENDING ON THE ACTIVITY OF OTHERS. IF YOU ARE HAVING A POOR EXPERIENCE, CALL COURTCALL, DO NOT INTERRUPT COURT PROCEEDINGS.
No Warranties
